A coaching programme that needed to look the part.
NexGen Football Coaching is a professional football coaching programme run by Marcus Daws, operating out of Dorchester Stadium in Dorset. Marcus works with youth and adult players, offering structured training sessions focused on technical development and game intelligence.
The brief wasn't for a polished brand film — it was for social proof. Parents booking coaching sessions were finding NexGen through social media, and Marcus needed content that matched the quality of the coaching itself: regular, authentic reels and portraits he could post without having to think about it.
It's also about authority. Most football coaching programmes around Dorset and Dorchester don't have this level of social media output. Consistent, professional content gives Marcus a level of influence and credibility that other local teams simply don't have yet.

Quick turnaround. Nothing posed, nothing forced.
I've worked with Marcus at Dorchester Stadium over several short sessions now, building up a library of content rather than a single one-off shoot. Every session is documentary in style — in-the-moment portraits and action shots, not controlled or posed setups.
The stadium itself does a lot of the work — backdrops full of pitch-side advertising and sponsor boards that give everything a community-driven, professional feel without any extra dressing. I move around during live coaching, capturing one-to-one drills, instruction, and the genuine intensity of the sessions.
Because the focus is social media rather than a single polished film, turnaround stays fast — usually 48 to 72 hours from shoot to delivery, fully edited and ready to post straight to Instagram and TikTok.
