75 photos. Listing imagery that actually converts.
Dave Brown runs a holiday let on the outskirts of Yeovil — a well-maintained, beautifully presented property. On Airbnb, first impressions are everything. Guests decide in seconds whether to click through or scroll on, and that decision is driven almost entirely by the lead photograph.
Dave's existing photos were taken on a phone. They were dark and distorted, and didn't show the property at its best. He needed a full professional shoot — every room, every outdoor space, every detail — ready to upload to Airbnb with no further work needed on his end.

One visit. Under two hours. The whole property covered.
The whole shoot took place in a single visit — about an hour and a half to two hours on site. The approach was systematic: exterior first, then through every room, capturing wide establishing shots alongside detail photographs of the features that matter to guests — comfortable seating, the garden, well-equipped spaces.
Multiple exposures were blended for each shot to handle the contrast between bright windows and interior detail — the same kind of dynamic range your eyes naturally handle in person but a single camera exposure can't. The real win for Dave wasn't the technique itself, it was the turnaround: a fully professional set of listing photos, ready to upload, in 48 hours from a two-hour visit.
All 75 images were edited consistently — same tone, same white balance, same feel — so the whole listing looks cohesive when guests browse through it.
